Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

1. Pre-Orders — All Sales Are Final

ALL PRE-ORDERS ARE NON-CANCELLABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE, AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE, except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by Lumius.

This applies to all preorders, whether fully paid, partially paid, or secured with a deposit, regardless of whether the product has been shipped or released.

We do not accept voluntary cancellation requests due to changes of mind, financial difficulties, personal emergencies, accidental purchases, or market price fluctuations.

2. Deposits & Partial Payments

Preorders may require full payment or a partial deposit at checkout, depending on the product.

Deposits and partial payments are non-refundable for customer-requested cancellations, except where required by law.

Any remaining balance must be paid according to the payment terms disclosed at checkout. Where applicable, customers authorize future charges under those agreed terms.

3. Release Dates & Delays

All manufacturer release dates are estimates and may change. Release dates do not guarantee shipment or delivery on that date.

If shipment is delayed beyond the promised timeframe, customers will be provided applicable cancellation and refund options as required by law.

4. Manufacturer or Distributor Cancellations

If a manufacturer discontinues a product, a distributor cancels our allocation, or we are otherwise unable to fulfill an order, Lumius will issue a refund to the original payment method.

This is separate from a voluntary customer cancellation.

5. Subscriptions & Try Before You Buy

Lumius does not currently offer subscription purchases or try-before-you-buy programs.

6. Purchase Agreement

A preorder is a purchase commitment, not a risk-free reservation.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge the cancellation terms disclosed before checkout, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
