Pre-Orders Policy

1. All Pre-Orders Are Final

All pre-orders are NON-CANCELLABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE, and NON-EXCHANGEABLE, including orders that have not yet shipped. Changes of mind, financial difficulties, ordering mistakes, and market price fluctuations are not grounds for cancellation. Exceptions apply where expressly approved by Lumius.

2. Release Dates Are Estimates

All release dates are estimated by manufacturers and may change without notice. A product's release date does not guarantee shipment or delivery on that date.

3. Fulfillment & Allocations

Pre-orders are generally fulfilled in the order they were placed, subject to inventory availability. Manufacturer delays, distributor allocations, and high order volumes may affect fulfillment times.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order products may be held until all items are available.

4. Purchase Commitment

A pre-order is a binding purchase commitment, not a risk-free reservation.

Please review the product, quantity, price, estimated release date, and our policies before purchasing. We make financial commitments to our distributors based on your orders and expect customers to honor their commitments as well.
